NIFTY TREND ANALYSIS & LEVELS FOR TODAY

Updated for-Jul/12/2013 Nifty was on a bull trend and closed at 5935 level. So today the first resistance for nifty is at 5971-75 level. Next resistance ranges are at 6008-12,6030-35,6047-52,6069-73,6088-92 levels. On downside first support is at 5898-94 level. Next supports are at 5861-56,5834-30,5800-95,5780-75,5741-36,5722-18,5702-98,5670-65,5623-18,5590-85,5569-65,5536-32,5518-14,5497-92,5477-74,5445-41 level.Nifty is in bull region So today on upside intra resistance are at 5975 and 6012 level and on down side support are at 5894 and 5856.Below 5856 be very alert and avoid longs. MARKET EYESON CABINET MEET ON COAL-PRICE-POOLING ISSUE The cabinet committee on economic affairs (CCEA) shall meet next week to discuss pooling the price of imported coal with the domestic fuel. Moreover Group of Ministers (GoM) on draft coal regulator Billl will also meet to take a view on price-pooling of coal to address the fuel supply issue. The price pooling is the averaging of prices of domestic and imported coal to get a uniform feedstock price in the country. On the directions of the CCEA, an inter ministerial panel was formed under the chairmanship of coal secretary for looking into the price pooling and coal linkages issue. This event shall not only boost up power stock but will lead the stock market to a new direction. The nifty future and niftyoption may see sharp increase in the premium. TRADE EXIT STARTEGY IN DAY TRADING

My Exit Beliefs In part one of this article, we considered a few questions: Should we use a tight stop loss to cut any losses quickly, or a wide stop loss to allow some room to move? How quickly should we move the stop loss to breakeven ? Should we take profits at a target, or should we let the profits run, perhaps trailing a stop behind the price? In attempting to answer these questions we looked at a number of charts, we chose entry criteria, and then looked at possible options for the exit. And this is what we discovered: Firstly, in each case, the profit or loss taken out of the trade was more a result of our chosen stop and exit method, not our entry. For the same entry, there were numerous possible exits, some profitable, some breakeven and some at a loss. And secondly, we cannot know, except with hindsight, what will be the most profitable exit strategy for that particular trade. In other words - the exit is more important than the entry.
